Eccoci, interrompiamo il letargo. Dal 20 di Dicembre al 10 di Gennaio saremo in Cina (non proprio dietro l'angolo). Dopo Jennifer Gentle e Afterhours ci butteremo nelle fauci della "tigre asiatica" in maniera decisamente più DIY (che si addice di più alla nostra natura). La lunghezza del percorso ci inchioda, la diversità della location ci affascina, la voglia di partire ci attanaglia. Nel paese da un miliardo e mezzo di storie andremo ad aggiungerne una, sperando di incrociarne il maggior numero umanamente possibile, per conoscerle veramente, al di là dei luoghi comuni, al di là degli Expo dal gusto occidentale, al di là delle catene di produzione infinite, al di là del capitalismo comunista o del comunismo capitalista.
Torneremo con un milione di foto, così tante cose da raccontare che non ci sopporterete più e il nuovo album quasi pronto, tanti dubbi, poche certezze. Non si può avere tutto dalla vita.
Here we are, we break the dormancy. From December 20th to January 10th we'll be in China (not exactly around the corner). After Jennifer Gentle and Afterhours we are going to jump into the "asian tiger's" mouth in a very DIY style (which better fits to our nature). The length of path is freezing us up, the diversity of the place attracts us, the will to leave pervades us. In the one-billion-and-a-half stories country we're going to add one, expecting to cross as many as humanly possible, to know them for real, beyond the clichè, beyond the Western-ish Expo, beyond the endless production lines, beyond capitalistic communism or communist capitalism. We'll be back with tons of pics, so many things to tell you are gonna bear us no more and the new album almost ready, so many doubts, few certainties. You cannot have everything in life.
